The 4-week Fortbildungskurs (Course II, Professional Development) of the Internationaler Ferienkurs at Heidelberg University offers an exceptional opportunity for non-native German-speaking GFL teachers to enhance both their language proficiency and teaching skills.
Designed for participants with a C1 level of German, the course provides the opportunity to work with a diverse range of instructors and choose from a variety of modules offering topic-specific methodological training. Heidelberg University provides a generous stipend to support travel and accommodation, and the German-American Scholarship Association covers the program course fee.
To apply, you must:
- Be a member of AATG
- Be a non-native speaker of German with proficiency at the C-1 level on the CEFR scale
- Complete the application form
- Upload your resume or curriculum vitae
